Rental Qualification Acknowledgment

Deposit and Fees

A non-refundable Application Fee of $50 per roommate, $65 for married couples, and a $100 Administration Fee will be collected when you reserve your apartment. At move-in, either a $500 refundable deposit, or a $131.25 non-refundable Sure Bond will be collected.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet friendly apartment community in Houston, TX? Look no further than Raveneaux in NW Houston! As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow Cats and Dogs here at Raveneaux. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

We welcome most pets with maximum of two pets per apartment(breed restrictions apply). Weight must not exceed 100lbs each. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400 for one pet, $600 for 2 pets is required. $10 in pet rent is also collected per pet. Please contact property for more details and pricing.
